Technical Replacing the speaker cover

To cut a long story short i ended up putting my knee throught the drivers door speaker cover. My question is i know the speaker cover can be removed because people are selling them on ebay but do you have to remove it from the inside of the door card or the out side i don't want to go trying to priz it out and end up brakeing the door card?

Any help would be appresheated greatly
