I don't know whether to post this here or in the "Garages" forum.

I've had my Multiwagon in the garage under an AA warranty. The rear axle bushes need replacing. They want to charge me £300 for parts and labour.

Has anyone got any recommendations for a good (cheaper) garage in the North West to get it done at?

what parts are they changing?
in the past Fiat have said the whole rear axle must be changed but we now know the bushes alone can be changed. It is a big job though so high labour costs.

Just the bushes.

I've read the other posts about it being a big job but some people have mentioned they've had it done for less that £200 inc parts/labour.
