hi how hard is it to change the front shock and supison arm as i had a crash the other day my cinq not looking so good. the front wheel is touching the wheel arch. as far as i no i only need to replace the parts above but is there any thing else that may also need to be replaced many thanks colin

you need to replace the shocks as a pair.nothing to tricky in doing either
theres even a guide to help

Make sure the chassis is square before even thinking about replacing anything.

Get the car on a flat surface, using a plumb bob, mark two points at the rear, say where the rear dampers point down.

Mark two points at the front, best to use something like the wishbone front mounts. Move the car and check the diagonals are identical.

ARB may be abit bent if the lower arm if naff. drive shaft may also be bent.

Good luck with the repairs if possible
