Ive just replaced drivers driveshaft and taking the old what out i had a lot of oil to refill, my question, where is the refill location so i can replace the lost fluid? The van is a fiat scudo 2012 1.6 diesel

Yours may be a gearbox that doesn't have a "level" plug, so all you can do is drain the oil completely and refill the correct amount via the plastic breather cap on top of gearbox. Check elsewhere to be sure as it depends on the type of gearbox fitted to your model.
