The Owner’s Mannual for the Fiat 500L instructs you to turn the Daylight bulb holder clockwise to remove it. This is incorrect. The holder is very stiff but I found carefully inserting a pair of pliers just above the wheel then firmly turning them anti-clockwise will release the holder. The bulb can then be easily pulled out and replaced with a W21 5W bulb (£6 a pair in Halfords) The holder should then be turned clockwise (no pliers required) until it clicks into place. I found placing a torch on a chair really helps and frees up the hands to replace the bulb. :):)

Hi all,

I have a 64 plate Fiat 500L that the DLR and side light bulb has stopped working, I took it to my garage for inspection and he said it needs a bulb holder, apparently they come in two? I have been looking everywhere, but no luck.

Can anybody point me in the right direction to find one please? Your help is appreciated!

Regards,
Liam
