Well I fancied something cheap to smoke about in and leave at the station so thought I'd take a look at a 1994/95 Rentault 19 16v. What a rusty heap of ****e. This thing made my Strada looks solid, and people say that Fiats have a problem with rust, I really couldn't believe how rusty this car was for such a relatively young car. Rust on every panel, roof, boot, arches, doors, wings, sills and I didn't bother checking underneath. With the amount of rust in the arches, the sills would be in serious need of replacement. I think Fiat deserves a pat on the back for sorting rust out by the 90's shame the french didn't take note.
