Styling Removing Mk2 Indicator lens

Hi,

I am asking this question on behalf of a few other people on this forum. Currently in the headlight unit of my Mk 2 punto I have an orange lens for the indicator. We were wondering if its possible to easily remove this lens and replace it with a silvered orange bulb?

any things is possible you might have to remove headlamp glass first though, i do this on other cars buy putting lamp in oven on low heat for 10-15 minuets, i use electric oven dont know if its ok to put in gas oven
