General Removing A Exhaust

Can Any1 Tell Me How To Remove Tha 1.2 8v Exhaust. Or Can You Show Me Any Pics And Tell Me The Tools I Need. Im Going To Try And Do It Using A Trolley Jack And 2 Axel Stands Can Anyone Help

13mm spanner/socket, WD40, and maybe a hammer, pry bar.

WD40 is excellent for slipping the rubber hangers off, otherwise its a struggle.

Its Not That Old So Maybe It Wont Be That . It Only Has 18000 Miles Done Would It Make A Diiference

mine just fell off doing 80 on the m1. very convenient!

the rubbers will still be hard to remove., thats what there designed for., as said above, you'll need a 13mm for it, their usually heat seized just after the manifold connection to the down pipe incase your opening it there., not sure if you removing the whole thing or not but i think you still have to seperate the manifold to get it out.,

you wont ave to remove the manifold then., just undo the exhaust from either the front under the manifold.,

yeah. i would do it, anyway. as i said, plenty WD40 is really useful.

I'm sure most of the bolts on the punto exhausts are 12mm unusually well I know the flex bit is anyway

never jack a car up on all fours., one side/end only or you run the risk of moving the car and then faling on you., especially if its on trolly jacks.,
