Technical Remote Key Fob broken

Hey folks, just acquired a 1.2 16v Sporting and I need some help with the key.

I only got the one key with it, and the remote locking isn't working.

The rubber button part was missing so I opened it up and the battery fell out along with a thin short piece of metal.

I'm trying to work out how it goes together so I can try a new battery and see if it will work at all, but I'm stuck.

Can anyone open up their key and take a pic for me?

And then perhaps without the battery too?

I don't know if this will help as it shows you how to take the key apart,but you get the idea.I think the little metal bit is the key sensor

Sounds like the button on the circuit board had broken up. The thin piece of metal you found is likely the contact from inside it.
