Red Nose Day

Okay its been a few months now since Red nose day.

On the night, I volunteered to take donation calls and I was taking thousands of pounds at a time in some cases.

Fair enough we all know where the money went, to an extent, but why isnt there any programs stating "£££ was spent here, £££ was used to help these".

I'd just like to know exactly where it went, oh and a thank you would be nice.

I may have missed something but im pretty sure theyre hasnt been much publicity afterwards.

Oh and just to end this topic...when will someone say "right, thank you for all your donations over the years, we now have everything we need to survive...thankyou"

Only a slightly different note, but on a similar topic....MrsP did the Race For Life last weekend and during the pre-race chatter, the announcer said that 1/3 of people last year never returned their donations....

This probably means that a lot of people collected sponsorship money and pocketed it....

I think as a sponsor, you should be able to go on the organisers website, put in the person's name and see how much they raised and whether they paid up!
