Hi,

I keep reading on here about a "reconfigurable multifunction display".

What is this, and do all models have it? What does it do?

I can't find any reference to it in the 500 brocuhure...

Jim, when you say brochure do you mean handbook? If so it is mentioned but not explained very well.

As far as I can tell the Multi Reconfigurable display shows the gear selected if you have dualogic transmission with the Sport mode and City mode at the bottom. On mine I have the City button indicator at the top so I know I have the non reconfigurable display if that makes sense.

Those are the only differences listed in the info below that I can see.

I did actually mean brochure as it sounded like something that was a "feature" and thought it would be listed.

Just downloaded the handbook, and found that tells me nothing at all.

So am I right in thinking that all models have the "multifunctional display", which is the bit where the time and menu is shown, but only some models have the "reconfigurable" version?

What is reconfigurable about it, and why would I want to reconfigure it? Is it the car that's reconfigurable, or just the display?

We've got a Start 'n' Stop on order (manual gearbox), so would it have a reconfigurable?

I can't help thinking its an option in EU land, they waffle on about it in the A500 specific handbook but the UK cars haven't got it. Need to have a look through the pdf to see if all they did for the Abarth one is change a few pics over and insert the ttc/sports stuff.

Just bringing up an old thread as searching the forum didn't seem to throw up any answers to my question.

The question is: does my 2010 1.2 Lounge with Dualogic have a "reconfigurable display" or not? (And if it does, how do I reconfigure it?)

That much I had worked out (using the button on the end of the wiper stalk) - I thought that it was possible to do more, such as change where information is displayed on the screen.
