Hi

Am just about to put my bravo in for its first MOT since I got it, and wondered if anyone knew a good garage in S London (Brockley/New Cross preferably) where I won't get robbed and my car treated with the respect it deserves ...

hi mate, i live in eltham and i looked into a few garages around this area and thought i wouldnt trust any of them with my hgt cambelt change. There is a garage in catford called gonelli brothers(not to sure on the name) but i heard they were a fiat and alfa speialist sO i went in to ask them how much for the cambelt change and he said 550 quid and his workshop looke like a complete joke so i thought i wouldnt take the risk and took it the extra 20miles and went to powerfiat in laindon just for peace of mind and it worked out 100quid cheaper. gonelli Might be a perfectly fine garage but i didnt like the look of it. i didnt think there were any garages around our area that were worth a look in.
