Jamiroquai - Travelling Without Moving is a classic, but only the first 6 tracks really before he goes on his didjeridoo mission.

Oh yes...and better still for that V12 rag at the opening of the title track Somewhat inspiring!

Thats definately their best album in my opinion.

Miles Davis, Kind of Blue (best jazz album of all time)
Einarorn, Ghostigital (bonkers icelandic tunes)
Mark B & Blade, The Unknown (great british rap album)

ZZ Top - Deguello. Old, bluesy, really good singalong stuff - my fave.

Incubus - A Crow Left of the Murder - New, fantastic album.

Soundgarden - Superunknown - Black Hole Sun and all that, brilliant.

White Zombie - La Sexorcisto, Devil Music volume 1: Grungy, heavy, tuneful. Real grower.

If I could be arsed converting LPs to CDs, Id have to get "Were only in it for the Money" by the Mothers of Invention in the car...

Unfortunately, I cant shoehorn a turntable and amp in the Cinq atm!

Gaz, if you really want something different, and like a bit of funk, acid jazz and rock all mixed into one... buy anything from apollo 440, their current album is Dude Decending A staircase... I really recomment that...

Otherwise if you want something more main streem eels beautiful freak, or outkast andre 3000/the love below.

Another band I like is Cut Copy - I thought of numbers, which is a little more chilled.

Chaos A.D. is definitely Sepultura most refined album and the most complete, but some of their best work was on previous albums.

Most early ZZ Top albums are excellenct Tres Hombres is also worth a listen.

Going further back Fleetwood Mac - Rumours is often regarded by many as the greatest album of all time.

There are lots of great best of/singles albums, but they lose the feel of what an album should be, because there is no theme or continuity.

they've done two albums since electroglide blues - Astral America which wasn't that great, and Dude... which is fantastic... I bought it from amazon. and it's two cd as well... bonus.
