Recommend me an album

That's a shame I could have recommended good classical and folk albums. OK, currently in the DVD drive is Fallen by Evanescence, very full sounding album, no really poor track, ranging from out and out ballads like My Immortal, to the slightlier heavier songs like Going Under.

oooo i have that in my car, i agree with everything you say although i never normally let it go beyond the 6th track

Yeah got to admit that it is a good album and i see his point with the range of music on it. My immortal is my favourite track on it as its got a kinda dark meaning behind it. Neofolis will know what i mean. Plus its one of those albums where u can listen to it without having to skip out crap tracks.

You probably have or have had Fugees - the score.
If not, I would say get it, its one of those albums you will never tire of.
If you like rap, Warren G - Regulate album is classic. (y)

they sound like bands from the 60's

Oi oi!

For something different try B21 - Long Overdue, which is very short so I wouldn't actually go out and buy it ;). You never said I couldn't recommend Bhangra :p. I would recommend something slightly more mainstream but I don't know anything, am not that kind of girl

If you are gonna go for Manowar, you are probably best of starting with Kings Of Metal, it is easily their most instant album and you would probably only want to fast forward the warriors prayer, but then it's not a song.

Jamiroquai - Travelling Without Moving is a classic, but only the first 6 tracks really before he goes on his didjeridoo mission.

Green Day - Dookie is a very well balanced album, despite the bands lack of respect for it.

Slayer - Divine Inspiration, is a great assault on the ear drums if you are ever in that sort of mood.

Lawnmower Deth - Ooh Crikey It's Lawnmower Deth, OK that was a joke, but it's quite amusing.

Pearl Jam - Ten, again a very full album with no need to fast forward, assuming you don't mind going back a few years.

All About Eve - Flowers In Our Hair, going even further back, when you want something mellow, this album covers many aspects of mellow, even the more upbeat tunes still make you wanna chill.

David Bowie - Hunkydory, one of the most thoughtfully put together albums of all time, deserves a listen.

I'll stop before I show my age even more.
