Styling Rear Wiper removal. Mk2

hey guys.

took my rear wiper off the other day cos someone robbed my blade, so thought **** it, gonna take it off and just cover it with a blanking gromet.

Anyway, few of my mates have done it on there saxo's and 306's, and told me to get blanking gromets from halfords. Halfords being there retarded selves as usual who don't know **** all about cars said it wasn't possible, when it clearly was on my mate who was with me lol. anyway i bought blanking gromets sizes 19mm, 22, 24 and 25. None of them fit, it needs to be atleast 28/29.

Anyone know where to get one from for a punto mk2 and how much?

Sorry mate, I got mine from halfords, there is one that fits.

The other option is to get it filled properly and painted. This is mine....

Did you? any idea what size, cos my hole seems to be huge lol.

Yours is 5 door right? mine's 3 door, so could make a different but wouldn't have thought so :/

Rear wiper is the same size AFAIK

PM me your address if you like and I can send you mine.....I have just put the wiper back on due to selling the car. Not gonna dewiper my next one so I won't need it.

opening old post, how big does the gromet have to be for mk2 5door? is 32mm ok?
