Technical Rear Wiper Problem

:bang: Had to disconnect my rear windscreen wiper because it is on constantly. As soon as i turn the key in the ignition it comes straight on. The only way to get it to stop is to disconnect wire/plug within the tail gate. Any ideas how i can fix this? What the problem may be?

Absolute novice when it comes to cars electrics so a good description would help.

well. it could be a stuck relay or a faulty switch, don't ask me which relay it is as I drive an uno.

Faulty switch, my light switch fused on, so its possible the wiper has.

Perhaps two wires are touching somewhere along the line.
