rear wiper problem

well ive re attatched the rear wiper and im not getting anything out the back...the pump works fine...and the pipe doesnt appear to be blocked.there is a small slotted grub screw thing on the stalk of the rear wiper and im wondering if this is a vale or something...anyhelp is greatly appreciated for my little red car

The screw adjusts the angle of the jet. Suggest you remove the wiper arm (via the external nut) and check the two jets / pinholes are visble. Also pull apart the water pipe from the join inside the tailgate and blow through the tube to push out any crud.
