Technical Rear subframe REAR bushes

Hi,

I need a new rear subframe REAR bush. Not paying Fiat for a whole new subframe thank you very much!

I see on here that people have had success replacing the rear subframe front bushes with a vectra part, anybody have a similar part for the rear bushes?

I have a great mechanic who will happily adjust parts for me if necessary.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi gailh,

i did my front ones on the rear subframe and used brava ones. there was someone on here possibly just before christmas saying he had found a company on ebay based in portugal that had the rear bushes and they were not very expensive. certainly cheaper than fiat think they were called 'only bushes'

Hi All!

Well, it turns out that you can replace the rear subframe rear bushes with the equivalent Brava part. My mechanic had to grind the diameter very slightly, but job well done. Big car sailed through his MOT having failed earlier in the week because of the knackered bush!

Thanks for that. Is there any chance that you can get hold of the part number for the Brava bush? It might help a few of us here in future as it seems to be a bit of a weak spot.
