Does anyone know if there should be a plastic arch protector in the right hand side wheel arch to protect the fuel filler pipes and the end of the sill? I ask because there is a rust hole developed at the end of the sill on the right hand side and looking at the left hand passenger side there is a small plastic arch about 5inches that protects that side. We have owned the car over 11 years and there has never been a protector on the driver's side, but it looks like there is a fixing for one. See attached photos showing both sides. Anyone care to look at thier Punto to check? Mine is a 60S if that helps?

No it shouldn’t have one
I’ve never seen one on the drivers side , but the only one I have seen with the small liner on the passenger side was on the cabrio [emoji848]
