General Rear number plate light unit

Can you still buy the rear unit for the number plate lights for a 53 plate Multiwagon with the split tailgate?
Mine has decided to fall apart tonight whilst changing a bulb for the MOT which it will now fail on.
I will ring them in the morning to see but thought I might ask on here.
