Technical rear arm bushes?

Does any one know where I can get a set from that wont cost the earth?

I'm about 30 minutes from having the rear arms of completely and i'm positive that the passengers rear is shot.

The cheapest I have seen for 4 is about £60

I can just do the one side and have the parts tomorrow, But, there non performance bushes and none OEM
Are these likely to be a pig to fit?

if you just but fit replacement ones you need a fly press to get them in easier to cut the old ones out and go with powerflex or strongflex they last for years

could i pull them in using the washer, bolt and a threaded bar trick?

Hi

It is a lot simpler taking the arm and bushes to an eng shop, getting the old ones out is not easy without a press or other pro tools.

Try the studding if you want but it will need to be high tensile and the washers will need to be thick metal and you need to wear safety glasses.

The hack sawing doesn't take long at all! Took me less than hour to get the 4 bushes out!


I didn't hack saw it completely, i hack saw 2 lines close to each other, then use a chisel and hammer, it pull the whole thing out

Seeing this is the track car, make sure you get the yellow bushes from strong flex and the full kit which includes front, rear and ARN bushes.

what is the new problem ?
