Technical rear arm bushes

Hi, i need to replace rear arm bushes and was wondering how hard this is, i'm pretty competent with a tool kit can it be done with arms still on car ? any help advice welcome. Tedmunds

Arms need to come off car. If replacing with standard ones, find someone with a hydraulic press (just about any engineering works, lots of small garages) to press them out, pop them in.

Ah, but did that help you get them in again (or did you use polybushes) ?

I found powerflex were only a few quid more than oem, but I believe their factory has been destroyed in a fire so buy soon before the stock runs out. Hope they're back soon as they have great products.

But OEM are about £6 a bush -- from Fluffy the Impaler or Shop4Parts.

When you add vat and shipping there was about £15ish difference on a set of 4 between powerflex on eBay and oem at shop4parts.
