General Really Odd Noise - struggling now

Hi Guys

On my sei sporting, i have been hearing a really weird noise, its very quiet and it sounds like this; ssshhhhllllliinnngggg but very quiet and metallicy (like a meat slicer), and its at any speed but not stationary, the sound is always a constant speed no matter what the RPM.

i have replaced the following parts: -
Front Disks & Pads (OE Parts)
Rear Drums & Shoes (OE Parts)
30mm hubcentric spacers
Rear wheel bearings (OE Parts)
front strut brace (OMP)

i have 14" punto Sporting alloys on her as well.

Any Suggestions please

CHeck your stone guards on the front discs. Mine used to touch under certain conditions and made the schling noise. But they weren't touching at rest, so make sure you have plenty of clearance. They do bend out easily
