Has any one re-shelled their turbo into a 5 door 60s mk2?
can it be done, If yes what, if any, problems do you face?
or can you only re-shell it into a 3 door.
 
Cant see what probs you'd have? (presume your cars a punto btw)

have seen them squeezed into a cinq so should fit punto lol :p

no probs at al mate. same engine mounts. but why 5dr? i know its different but hmmmm [:p]

No probs at all, 5dr shell is the same to the A' pillar. You can use the same engine mounts as the turbo block is the same as the 60 or 1100 (non-FIRE) engine.
Plus the 5-dr shell is stronger as it has more strengthening plates. Although it is 10Kgs fatter.
