Hi guys.

I have just got my first panda, a panda 4x4 the only fault is no Bluetooth. I have just ordered a double din 7 inch 7012b radio off eBay. Will this plug straight in or will I need a adaptor?

Radio has arrived but it keep wanting to go into reverse mode all the time.

I have spotted the photo of the one on eBay has a blue fuse (15) and this one they sent me has a red fuse (10) would this make this happen?

Reverse mode? Please explain. The difference between 15A (blue) and 10A (red) is not the cause. CANsignal might be.

Normally, if there's a 'reverse mode' there'll be a pin which should be linked to the reverse switch. Looking at the picture you've linked nothing says reverse specifically, but I'd say it's either pin 9 or 13 is the culprit. Check and see if the standard plug has a wire going to either of these pins.

Also I got another radio to go in. JSD-3001 works great it’s single din so smaller screen. Only issue now is when I turn the lights on REVERSE MODE!! what the heck is going on ?

There is a wire which comes from the car's loom to tell the OE headunit to dim when the lights are on, which is probably connected to whichever pin on the JSD-3001 activates reverse mode.

After a few months of having issues with my car I have just discovered that the battery was not connected correctly. Now everything works and I now have power steering again ??
