Radio won't turn on anymore

Hello,

2 Days ago I bought my first car, a Fiat Stilo from 2004.
Unfortunately the radio won't turn on anymore. At first the radio would go on and off sometimes, but now not at all anymore. It's not the original radio (so it already has been replaced once).

I took the radio out and checked the cables, but unfortunately I have no knowledge about it.

Below I posted some pictures from the cables. Has it perhaps something to do with the red cable that's not plugged in? If yes, can I put it in myself?
