Technical Radio Woes

Hi,

I have a 2013 fiat 500 pop which is having radio issues.

The radio randomly didn't turn on one day and then the next, it was asking for the code.

I have the code on the little bosch card that came with the car. All the serial numbers on the card match up to the stereo.

When I input the code on the card, it won't accept it and pops up with the "radio blocked/wait"

The code is very simple (3322) so I'm certain I'm not putting it in wrong.

Any advice?
