Technical Radio suddenly asking for code

Hi all,

Our 2009 Fiat 500 radio has all of a sudden started asking for a code, which we don't have. I've tried disconnecting the battery for about 30 mins, but that made no difference.
I'd be extremely grateful if anyone can help.
The serial number is BP829290777867.

Our 09 car did exactly the same, 1 month later the battery suddenly died in the space of 5 mins.

Hi Davren,
My daughters Fiat 500 has just one key and is falling apart, I have had another metal blade cut but now I need the 5 digit code for the locksmith to programme, I didn't get this when I bought the car. Also the radio had just starting asking for a 4 digit radio code too coincidently.
Can you help me obtain these two codes?
