Radio Not Working - Standby Button Flashing Red

Hi,

Since purchasing my 2013 500 3 weeks ago the standard Fiat radio has had a persistant problem.

When I start my car the radio won't turn on right away, the standby button just flashes red. Usually after about 10 minutes of driving it'll finally turn on and all the functions work perfectly.

Anyone have any ideas? I've tried doing a search and all I can find is the odometer flashing problems but my car doesn't have that problem. I've tried disconnecting the battery and I've fitted a brand new one, still has the same problem.

My car still has this issue. I've plugged my laptop into it using MES and it gave the fault code;


U1705-87 Receiver Radio (NRR) - Description: The fault is intermittent. Clear fault code and observe for future appearence of same fault.


Can anybody translate this?

I have cleared the fault but it came back on.
