Technical Radio Gremlins

Oh oh!

Issue!

The radio is switching off with the ignition - but then I can still hear the radio coming out the speakers! What's going on?!

Check the fuse box ... otherwise rush for a car service as it looks on an electrical glitch. If they read the control unit the issue should be easily identified and solved. Wishing you success!

I will try to get as much info on the problem as possible, thus giving us a chance when our warrantys have ran out

Ok, so it went in and they found no reason for why it wouldn't switch off..


however they found the dash clocks were set to loop and thats why my mp3 player was looping. They reset that and all is well.

because IIRC my standard marea HU did the same thing :chin:
