Radio and CD player died, purchased cheap radio but need advice.

Is there a wiring harness that I can purchase to easily connect an aftermarket stereo to the existing wiring and connectors?

I have looked around but can't seem to find anything, I have attached images of the stereos wiring.

I stupidly thought it would be plug and play..

Sorry should elaborate a little, radio is fine but CD player is intermittent and rarely works.

Model I purchased is a cheapo cenxiny r-1901
