General Radiator fan runs for extended period and flattens battery

Hi

I have 1.9td 1998 ducato. (swift mondial mh) After a long run today the radiator fan continued to run (I realise the fan will run after the ignition is off) for more than 2 hrs and eventually flattened the battery!! The engine was cold and the fan continued to run

Any guidance on what to check first would be appreciated.

Also is there a mtnce manual available that would cover this vehicle.

I had the same problem in Belgum last year and had to diconnect battery on switching off the engine untill I found a Fiat agent who sorted it in minutes. Cure? A relay on the top of the radiator replaced 10 euros.

FYI I have now traced this fault to a stciking relay.
