Technical Radiator fan not working

Hi, i have my 2nd car Fiat Punto 188 1.2 16v 2004 (First was Fiat Palio Weekend)
I have really serious problem with my radiator fan
I changed termostat 3 times (3 diffrent brands and temperature 3 different brands)
And my fan won’t let run by himself
By diagnostic it will run, but automatically absolutely not and my cluster shows really strange things like in 1/4 is 90°C? HAHA that’s nonsense but by the diagnostic is right
90should be in the middle not in 1/4
I don’t know why it is not working please if you have some
I cant drive this car in the City in the traffic… i dont know if it is a central unit or just a clusters ??? Or something else I dont know
