Hi All,

Just a quick one..

Im currently around a quarter way through my cutting phase and was wondering if I will overtrain by using the bike for HIIT (high intensity interval training).

I enjoy the bike best but don't want to overdo my legs.

Obviously there are many factors to overtraining (food i eat etc etc)

Im using reg parks beginner 5x5 routine (for those that done know this is done 3 days a week and consists of mainly compund excersises)
