Technical quick advice needed please

as am selling my turbo and it's overheating, i decided to check after chatting with van aaken if it was a possibilty of head gasket gone again but they confirmed after few over the phone questions and checking on my car few bits and bobs that is deffinately isnt.

now as the fan stoped working i thought it might be just the switch or thermostat or the motor itself. But i found a leak in fact as if its coming from the water pump and by the oil filter. Am i rite to think it could well be the cause of the leak?

if so how much for a water pump and fitting? as i want to be as honest as i can with the guy coming to buy it.

Water pump £15 - £20, antifreeze a few quid, an hour maybe two labour.

i had to get a new water pump 6months ago because it kept leaking.

Fiat quoted £260 for new part and fitting AHHH.

I got a mates mate who is a Mechanic and he did did for me for £160 at my house.

when i was a newbie to the FF and 2 cinqs, my water pump went so i when to fiat and paid there stupid price,
meet an old Mechanic friend after who said he would of done it for a free nite out...

think i probably took the best option paying fiat the way he drinks.
