Qubo Fuse Box

How on earth do you gain access to the Fuse box. Do you really have to take out the battery?

Many thanks, but there just isn't room to manoeuvre the fuse box lid, let the main agents sort it out. They are very good here in the south of France and often do small jobs gratuit. Again thanks for your help

This is a 2010 Fiat qubo I’m having problems with the head lights they won’t turn on everything else works fine ie main beam side lights fog lights just no headlights this is why I’m trying to get the fuse box lid off without removing the battery has anyone done this please help Dean
