General punto

hi im new to all this but i have a fiat punto and its started to jolt wilts driivng mainly in 2nd and 3rd!
does any1 kno what this could be?

Give the car a proper service -
Spark plugs, new leads, oil/filter, coolant (properly bled to remove air) and service the brakes with new pads and discs as needed. Then come back if its still not right.
