Punto update

You probably remember my new Punto with the wing / door problem. I have now received a full refund plus a small amount of compo. It took a month of complaining & letters to dealer HO & Fiat UK.

I have had to sign a contract saying I will not publish details etc so this is all I will be able to say on the subject.

Going to wait for a 55 or 06 reg now, but maybe it'll have to be that Getz this time, when does the new Punto hit the UK?!!

Excellent result Bet you're glad thats over with.

I think the new Punto should be out in March 06 (if not before??) But thats a long wait! Are you sure you want the Hyundai Getz? What about a nice Skoda Fabia (http://www.skoda.co.uk/skoda3g/content/whatsnew/fabiaoffers.aspx)

Good result, they must have been worried to make you sign a gagging contract to prevent you talking about it.

It just shows you can get a refund if you stick to your guns. I am now an expert in whats required to reject a car....it was a long month!
