Punto Speaker Change

I am looking to do a cheap door speaker upgrade in my mk1 Punto Sporting.

Not after anything fancy, just want to up the output a bit. Cheaper the better really.

Can anyone suggest a set ??

No idea what sort of price the speakers are, just looking a small upgrade on the standard ones in the car.

I am not after Massive Bass or blistering sound or anything !

I suggest you have a look around, see what's available and decide on a budget.

hmmmm......... ok, well can you tell me the output from the standardspeakers ??

Just go down halfords and look at their wall. They have a selection of not-too-powerful-or-expensive coaxial speakers. Mind you, saying that thats where I got my rears from and they sound well above average now they have been amped, they sounded just fine before they were amped though

if your not going to add an amp look for some with a high db rating as they will be easier to drive
