Punto Sold!!

by some very strange turn of events i am now without the punto!

last nite totally out of the blue and within the space of 10 minutes of each other i had 2 offers for the car, strange as its not been advertised anywhere for about a month till i mot'd it

1 had seen it in an old copy of autotrader and the other on fiat-scotland.com

the first guy backed out 2day but the other came over 2nite and payed full asking price!

so after a day of washing, polishing, t-cutting minor blemishes etc i watched my first ever pride and joy drive off by the sounds of it gettin the sh*t kicked out of her into the sunset..... and in all honesty it felt crap!

kinda sad in a way as id spent so much time and effort on it. money doesnt really cover it.

guess ill feel better 2moro.

ps - its good to get a txt an hour after asking why i didnt stop to talk! :twisted:

daz - yeah an asian boy bought it, mate of a guy called jamie that drives a cinq, he stays in easter road......im thinking.......bodykit....edinburgh roads/potholes...... noooooooooooooooooooo


helen - bought a black imported mx5, loads of fun to drive.


DJW - saw ur car sittin in perth on monday wen i was "shopping", was sitting just round from the matalan car park, u get the exhaust on yet?
cheers for the comments, would love to do another car for looks but it got to the paranoid stage where i never liked leaving it incase it got keyed/scratched, looking to make the mx5 simply a drivers car, just engine and chassis mods.....well........maybe a wee splitter here n there! :wink:
