Punto reversing light

I have a 05 Punto Dynamic (Automatic).
Reversing light not lighting.
Lamp OK, fuse OK, "O" volts at lampholder.
Anyone guide me to the position of the reversing switch.

It will be on the gearbox somewere, not normally hard to find as its normally the only thing in a manual gearbox with a wire going to it

If it is the same position as on a mk1 it is on the front of the gearbox, look for a cylinder sticking out of the box with two wires sticking out. On my car one of wires to it broke and stopped the light working as they are pretty exposed but could be a switch issue.

He does mention its a automatic.
