punto recalls

hi everybody, new boy here and wonder if anyone knows anything about a recall on the punto. 2000 model and i have a problem with the throttle body that basically causes the revs to remain high for no reason. have been told by my garage that there was a recall for this problem but cant seem to find any mention of it at fiat sites.
would be very grateful for any help here as this is doing my head in and i don`t think its very safe anyway.
