Technical Punto Rear Suspension Problem

Hi guys

I have a W2000 Fiat Punto ELX, and I have a problem with the rear suspension, it has become extremely soft and grinds when loaded up with people or going over speed bumps. I have been told this problem is common with puntos.

Is it either the suspension springs?
shock absorbers
radius arm bushes

Also I am wondering if anyone knows any well know garage brands, or local garages if any of you are from around preston in the northwest to get it looked at, recieve the correct part and fitted for as cheap as possible?

mines is the same i think its the bushes, i wanna do mine myself but dont know if you can buy the bushes seperate, thats way down the list though
