get some etech spray, and put some even coats on it. Don't go to dark if your doing the whole light though. If you want a matt black finish get savage spray and get etech spray if you want to keep it shiny.
 
I finished tinting mine today... also did the side repeaters
Came out alright but need to keep polishing them!
I used both e-tech and savage and would probs advise using e-tech as you dont have to faff around polishing or lacquering!
dont know wether mine are illegal or not though...:confused:!

I was thinking that maybe they were too 'black' but maybe not!
Is it better to polish them for a few mins or buy lacquer... too make them shiny!

usually, if your spraying is pretty good you shouldn't need laquer... however, if you have some polish, have a go with it and see how it works, if not try some laquer.

a little tip if you do go down the laquer route is to apply very thin coats. Also, if you put the laquer can in a some warm water for a few minutes before hand it helps you get an even thin coat as the laquer come out thinner due to being a higher temperature.
