Styling Punto Mk2 Rear Lights

Help!!

I've just bought a Mk2 Punto 5 door, unfortunately had to be a 5 door due to family circumstances!!

It's had an accident, and I am repairing it to get it back on the road. My question is can I put 3 door rear lights onto a 5 door model, as they look better!!

Any help would be appreciated!
