Hi everyone. I just joined the forum.

I have a '96 Punto MK1. Using it to give my boys driving lessons.

Nonetheless, I need to change the AC evaporator and the heating unit, and therefore have to remove completely the dashboard.

Would anyone know where I can find the full details on how to perform this task please?

Thanks in advance.

Don't think I've ever seen a full guide. Know various members have done it over the years though.

Generally speaking though, take the steering wheel off to make it easier to get it out, remove the clocks, remove the centre console if model with one, the headunit and fascia and anything that comes out. Then most cars have a bolt/nut either side thats hidden when the doors closed, then usually some across the back face along the firewall that are a pain to get to..

Just start taking stuff off, bagging and labelling everything, it won't be hugely complicated just time consuming.
