Technical punto jtd

Hello

I have just bought a 2001 punto1.9 jtd nice little car. however when excelerating i dont notice the turbo coming in, when first looked at the car turbo definatly did not come in and there was no power after about 2500 revs the garage fixed problem, said it was a sensor fault. car sempt ok but now not sure if turbo coming in or if its in all the time? any one got any ideas?

The turbo is not like a petrol turbo, it doesn't come in as noticeably as a petrol one.

Any managment lights on?

hello

no lights on, drives fine but exceleration dosent seem to change throughout rev range.
