Technical Punto JTD timing belt

Hi. It's time to change the timing belt. So i have few questions. Where is the mark to put the engine in the phase? On punto 55-the mark was on the gearbox and flywheel but where is on punto 1.9 JTD 2000year.
And do i have to drop the engine and lay something under? And what the hell is this thing and where i can get it?
Is there any possibility to do a service without that thing on the picture?
