Technical Punto hgt tappet tapping and question

After trying everything because tapping noise:
New tappet
Different oil
Oil pressure check
New head gasket
Rebuilding head
Changing camshaft
Nothing help maybe the only thing to do is replace head engine and my question is it possible to put cf2 head on cf3 engine?

Sound like a tractor = variator failure

Yiuve done a new camshaft like tho - so u can time atleast

Is it tapping or is it knocking or slapping?

A video of that noise is going to be very useful. But anyway you can trace that noise very precisely with a long screwdriver with the handle held to your ear.

You seem to be clutching at straws rather than being systematic about tracing the noise.
