Styling punto hgt sound system?? help..

hi guys, just bought a w reg hgt. Basically i wanna keep the sat nav in as it is, but below where there is a 5 disk changer i want to replace this with my own head unit.fit 13cm infinitys in front, have 6x9s for the back, a 1100w 6-channel jbl amp for the boot with a 1000w rockford forsgate sub.

sub amp and speakers not too hard, but anyone changed the head unit this way leaving the sat nav in? apparently might be problems with the sound coming from the sat nav, also not proper connection in bottom slot to fit my head unit....

any advice be appreciated

Just done this to my HGT with no problem, but approached it slightly differently as I removed the rear seats i was able to place the componants behind the front seats and leave the original door speakers connected. The way you are looking at it just leave the rear speakers connected for the sat nav. Should give you no trouble. I'll try to get some pics later

you can wire both in no probs on puntomk2 forum someone sells a wiring loom ready done so can use either
